WARRANTY

A 30-day warranty covers the movement of the watch including functions within the case. The warranty begins on the date your order arrives. General wear and tear caused by the buyer will not be covered, including but not limited to damage to the following parts: Clasp, crystal, band, bezel. Water damage is NOT covered.

EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS

(For exchanges & replacements, watches must be under warranty OR in MINT / Unused condition, and must have NOT been worn, watches that have been worn or have lapsed the warranty period can only be sent in for repairs)

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like an exchange or replacement after viewing your product, we will exchange it. If the watch you would like in exchange is more than your original purchase, you just have to the difference. If the watch is less than your original order we will pay you the difference or credit your account. Before any replacement or exchanges can be sent we must first receive the return. Merchandise must be postmarked no later than 30 days from delivery date. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

Please allow 2-3 week turnaround for exchange and replacements though shipping times are often sooner.

REFUNDS

We have a 14-day money back guarantee. We will refund you in full less shipping and handling charges, if you are unhappy with your purchase. Watches and accessories must be returned in MINT / Unused condition in order to qualify for a refund. Refunds cannot be given for worn or used watches, watches with missing links, replaced parts, or damage caused by any wear and tear.

When requesting a refund, please include a note with your order and billing information stating what was wrong with the watch along with your returns.
